Palari Films marks its 10-year anniversary with exciting new projects while setting sights on future
Dubai: In an impressive advancement, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai has completed a substantial infrastructure initiative, unveiling 13 kilometers of fresh road connections throughout 18 residential neighborhoods in the emirate. This project showcases RTA's commitment to urban growth and population accommodation.
Not limited to roadways, this initiative also integrates essential traffic upgrades such as accessible roadside parking, pedestrian-friendly paths, and enhanced street lighting. These improvements are aimed at fostering better mobility, ensuring safety, and elevating the living standards of community residents.
According to Hamad Al Shehhi, the Director of Roads at RTA's Traffic and Roads Agency, the new roadways have substantially enhanced connectivity, granting access to previously unpaved areas. This advancement has facilitated vehicle movements in and out of these residential zones.
He further highlighted that these enhancements have resulted in smoother traffic flows and reduced journey times by as much as 40 percent in various locations, yielding a safer and more efficient travel experience.
This initiative encompasses numerous residential communities, including Al Khawaneej 1, Al Barsha South 1, Nad Shamma, Jumeirah 1, Za'abeel 1, Al Rashidiya, Muhaisnah 1, Al Barsha 1, Al Hudaiba, Al Quoz 1 and 3, Al Satwa, Al Twar 1, Mirdif, Umm Ramool, Umm Suqeim 1, and Al Mizhar 1 and 2.
The RTA reiterated that these projects align with its aim of becoming a global pioneer in seamless and sustainable transportation. The authority remains dedicated to implementing efficient traffic solutions and infrastructure enhancements to elevate the road network's functionality, ensuring a premier transport experience across Dubai.
