Editorial Source Policy (ESP)

Editorial Source Policy (ESP)
Effective Date: June 6, 2025

Canada Newsline Incorporation (CNI) adheres to the highest standards of ethical journalism and transparent news sourcing.

We are a lifetime member of the Indian News Agency (INA) — a recognized and registered media body that facilitates professional news distribution and collaboration across borders. Our membership grants us authorized access to select news content, press releases, and syndicated reports, which we may republish or refer to, in accordance with INA’s content-sharing guidelines.

In addition to our own editorial work and original reporting, we also leverage credible, third-party news wires, public records, verified institutional releases, and freelance contributors — all governed by our internal editorial review process.

CNI Ensures:

  • Attribution is always provided where required

  • Syndicated or partner content is clearly marked

  • No copyrighted material is used without license or consent

  • All shared news content from INA or other platforms is compliant with applicable copyright and usage policies

We do not rely on unverified social media content, rumors, or AI-generated news stories as primary sources unless properly investigated and authenticated.

Editorial Responsibility

All editorial decisions, final headlines, publishing rights, and modifications are the sole responsibility of Canada Newsline Incorporation, regardless of the origin of the report. Our newsroom maintains independence, even when content is licensed or shared.
