England Urged to Rethink Strategy to Revive Ashes

HE Minister of Education and Higher Education, Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater, participated in crucial discussions at Doha Forum 2025 aimed at enhancing global cooperation in education. The focus of these discussions included safeguarding student rights, advancing educational standards, and bolstering capacity for educators and learners on a global scale.
In her meetings with HE Commissioner for Human Rights of the Ukrainian Parliament, Dmytro Lubinets, they addressed measures for the protection of educational facilities and students caught in conflict situations, while investigating strategies to foster secure and encouraging learning environments for these individuals.
Additionally, she engaged with HE Minister of Social Affairs and Labor of the Syrian Arab Republic, Dr. Hind Kabawat, to discuss collaborative efforts and the exchange of expertise in building youth capacities. Their dialogue aimed to enhance initiatives that empower youth in various educational and social contexts.
The Minister also met with HE Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Foundation, Oguljahan Atabaeva, to explore ways to support students with disabilities. They reviewed specialized programs designed to ensure inclusive learning experiences and opportunities.
Further discussions were held with the Rector of HSE University in Russia, focusing on partnerships in higher education, joint research projects, and shared academic programs. These collaborative efforts are intended to open new avenues for students and researchers, thereby enhancing global academic competencies.
