Bennedict Mathurin contributed significantly with 25 points, and Pascal Siakam added 23, supporting the Pacers as they bounced back from a challenging start, winning four of their last six games after a rough 2-16 record. Despite losing a 19-point lead in the second half, the Pacers closed the game with a remarkable 19-4 run, with Nembhard netting 12 of those points.
On the Kings' side, Russell Westbrook achieved a triple-double with 24 points, 12 rebounds, and 14 assists, marking his record-extending 207th and the fourth of this season, reaching this milestone before the end of the third quarter.
