Agent Workspace enhances the Ask Copilot experience, merging AI-driven search capabilities with direct access to local files. Taskbar indicators provide real-time updates on agent progress—indicated by a green tick for completed tasks and a yellow exclamation mark for urgent attention.

These agents can access essential folders within Windows, such as Documents, Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, Music, and Videos, regardless of where users might move them. Equipped with read-and-write functions, they enhance task automation efficiency.
