His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Communications Technologies Authority, was present at the signing of a partnership agreement with Syska Hennessy Group at Aljada on Monday.
