Actor Pavitra Punia, known for TV shows like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi, announced her engagement on Wednesday. She shared a series of pictures from a romantic beach proposal on Instagram.
In the photos, Pavitra’s fiancé is seen proposing on one knee, while later pictures show the couple hugging tightly. However, his face remains hidden in all the photos.
Pavitra recently spoke about finding love again. She was previously engaged to actor and Bigg Boss 14 contestant Eijaz Khan. They dated for around three years before ending their relationship in 2023. She said she would celebrate Diwali with her new partner and his family abroad.
“She is a businessman from the USA, not an actor. A wonderful and kind person. We’ve been going steady for some time, and it feels right,” Pavitra said in a recent interview.
Regarding her breakup with Eijaz Khan, Pavitra explained that their thoughts didn’t align. “After three years, you realize your thinking doesn’t match. It’s better to end it than stay in a relationship with complications,” she said.
After a very public relationship in the past, Pavitra is keeping this new chapter private, shielding her fiancé’s identity while enjoying her engagement.
