In a delightful anecdote, actor Mona Singh, known for her role as Neeta Singh in The Ba**ds of Bollywood, opens up about a funny incident on set. While shooting a reimagined version of the classic 1997 song Duniya Haseeno Ka Mela from Gupt, she found herself flustered when Shah Rukh Khan unexpectedly visited. Here to support his son Aryan Khan, the first-time director of the series, Shah Rukh's presence left Mona feeling anxious.

Reflecting on the day, Mona recounted how Shah Rukh would sometimes stop by during filming. Yet, while working on her dance routine, she felt so intimidated that she told him, “Sir, you cannot be here! I can’t perform in front of you.” Shah Rukh chuckled and urged her to focus on her professional duties, but she playfully insisted he step aside to ease her nerves, making for an amusing exchange.

The dance sequence has since become a talking point following the series' release. In the new rendition, Mona's face is digitally placed over one of the original dancers alongside Bobby Deol. The response was overwhelming for her, as her social media accounts were flooded with memes and fan reactions, bringing renewed attention to the iconic track. Her team even encouraged her to capitalize on the trend with related content.

The song plays a pivotal role in the overarching narrative, deepening the connection between Mona's character Neeta and Bobby Deol's Ajay Talvar. The plot thickens as Aasman Singh discovers his roots as the illegitimate child of Neeta and Ajay, further enhancing the song's significance.

As Aryan Khan embarks on his directorial journey with The Ba**ds of Bollywood, the series boasts a star-studded cast, including Raghav Juyal, Sahher Bambba, Aanya Singh, Manish Chaudhari, Manoj Pahwa, Gautami Kapoor, Vijayant Kohli, and Rajat Bedi. This seven-episode series is currently available for streaming and continues to capture attention for its compelling performances and captivating behind-the-scenes moments like Mona's story.
