New Aviation Hub Unveiled at Dubai South

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South has officially launched its Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex, aiming to address the growing demands of the aviation sector.

Spanning 24,900 square meters, this new facility offers 33 specially designed units for aviation-related businesses. These spaces promise modern flexibility for operations including maintenance, engineering, and aerologistics.

MBRAH has emphasized that the units can be tailored and combined according to specific operational needs, enabling businesses to enhance their efficiency within the vibrant Dubai South aviation ecosystem. Completion of this project is anticipated by late 2027.

According to CEO Tahnoon Saif, this launch underscores MBRAH's commitment to fortify the aviation and aerospace supply chain. He highlighted the hub’s ongoing focus on infrastructure development that aligns with market needs while laying the groundwork for future expansions.

Saif remarked that the initiative aligns with Dubai’s ambition of reinforcing its status as a premier global aviation hub, providing top-notch infrastructure and a welcoming environment for international aerospace firms.

Positioned as a leading free-zone destination, MBRAH caters to major airlines, private jet operators, and maintenance professionals from around the globe. The hub also encompasses training and educational facilities dedicated to fostering growth in Dubai’s aerospace sector.
