The UAE celebrated Eid Al Adha with vibrant festivities aimed at honoring workers, uniting around 300,000 individuals across 30 venues nationwide to acknowledge their vital role in the nation's development.

Led by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), the events featured an array of cultural, recreational, and entertainment activities, fostering a festive atmosphere for all attendees during the holiday season. This initiative was made possible through a collaborative effort between various federal and local government bodies, emergency service organizations, and private sector allies.

Participants were treated to live performances, traditional folk acts, interactive competitions, and community activities designed to encourage social interaction and engagement. The celebrations included exciting raffle draws, offering valuable prizes such as cars, travel tickets, and additional gifts for lucky winners.

Beyond organized activities, numerous gifts were handed out to workers at event locations across the nation, enhancing the festive vibe and honoring their hard work and dedication.

Several businesses also coordinated supplementary events to support this national endeavor, showcasing the fruitful collaboration between government agencies and the private sector in promoting worker welfare and community health.

Officials emphasized that these celebrations highlight the UAE’s steadfast commitment to acknowledging the essential role workers play in the economic landscape, aligning with broader initiatives aimed at improving their quality of life, fostering social inclusion, and nurturing a sense of community belonging.

The nationwide Eid Al Adha celebrations served not only as a joyful occasion but also as a reaffirmation of the UAE’s promise to create a supportive environment for workers from all walks of life.
