Dubai is gearing up to make a significant impact on global innovation as Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) hosts its inaugural Middle East Doers Summit from 26–27 November 2025. Rebranded from the Reflect Festival, this event is anticipated to gather more than 3,000 participants, including key founders, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders, aimed at enhancing cross-border cooperation and capital access.
The summit, situated in Dubai Digital Park, presents an extensive program over three important stages—Blackout, Plaza, and Dtec—with an impressive lineup of over 150 speakers covering 10 thematic tracks. Attendees will delve into emerging sectors like artificial intelligence, fintech, mobility, greentech, future cities, health, robotics, and public sector tech, along with insightful case studies from regions such as Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
A noteworthy highlight of this summit is its balanced participant demographics: 50% founders, 20% investors, and 30% operators. The agenda transcends typical conference formats, including engaging panels, fireside discussions, hands-on workshops, and focused networking. Special events like investor meetups, innovation competitions, and social mixers are designed to cultivate valuable relationships and potential deals. A matchmaking platform will also facilitate targeted networking interactions among attendees.
The event will commence with a keynote by Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, the UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism, along with contributions from international leaders, including Dr. Nicodemos Damianou from Cyprus and Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni, Executive Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ).
On 25 November, the DSO will also host the “DSO Run,” a community-focused event blending fitness and networking, creating a high-energy atmosphere leading into the summit.
Prominent global brands, such as Delivery Hero, Waze, Workable, Airbus, Zoho, AWS, Google, META, and Oracle, will join forces with over 40 startups to showcase groundbreaking products through exhibition booths and live demos. Guests can look forward to a unique hospitality experience featuring various pop-up food and beverage outlets throughout the venue.
This marks Dubai's first venture into hosting one of Europe's largest startup and tech gatherings, solidifying its status as a regional powerhouse for innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment.
