Born in 1983 in Hanoi, Nguyen Huy Dung boasts a Master’s degree in Information Technology. He has previously held positions as Deputy Minister of Information and Communications and gained experience in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and provincial governance before his current role in the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
