Issued by the Ministry of Education and Training via Circular 36/2026/TT-BGDĐT, this initiative seeks to elevate the educational quality for students belonging to ethnic minorities and those in remote areas.
These pre-university institutions are designed as specialized facilities that offer support to underprivileged students. Their primary goal is to prepare these learners for higher education while also honoring and preserving their cultural identities and traditions.
In line with the regulations, these schools will operate under the oversight of state authorities and provincial administrations. This combined approach ensures that educational management aligns with national standards while remaining adaptable to local needs.
The circular clearly articulates the roles and responsibilities of these schools, mandating them to devise academic plans, manage student admissions, and oversee teaching, assessment, and evaluation in accordance with national education guidelines.
