In a compassionate gesture, the UAE has sent four aid convoys filled with vital food and clothing supplies to Gaza just in time for Eid Al Adha, as part of its ongoing humanitarian mission dubbed “Operation Chivalrous Knight 3”.
This significant effort involves 60 trucks carrying approximately 930 tonnes of essential items aimed at assisting Palestinian families grappling with the fallout from the ongoing crisis in the region. The aid is primarily composed of food and garments to help communities celebrate Eid Al Adha adequately.
Reports indicate that around 540 tonnes of clothing were contributed by Emirates Red Crescent to enhance the festive occasion for families in Gaza.
The logistical team at the UAE’s aid coordination center in Al Arish meticulously organized and loaded the trucks before their journey to Gaza. This initiative exemplifies the UAE’s broader humanitarian efforts focused on providing urgent support and essential resources to Palestinian citizens.
