In a recent statement, actress Taapsee Pannu has denied reports suggesting she has relocated from India to live abroad with her husband, Danish athlete Mathias Boe. Taking to Instagram Stories to express her frustration with the misleading headline, she remarked, “Can there be a less false and less sensational headline!!!??? Ya phir headline galat ho ya sahi aap tak ayegi 'sabse tez' portal… Maybe slow down and do a little bit of research…..???”
She made it clear that she is currently residing in Mumbai, humorously adding, “PS-wondering WTF is this while munching my dosa in this humid, hot Mumbai morning.”
Pannu also opened up about her experiences in Denmark, noting, “What is strange for Danes but normal for us Indians is that Mathias's parents live with us; they have their own space on the ground floor… It truly feels like home.”
When discussing how she divides her time between India and Denmark, Taapsee shared, “It depends on work. We are lucky that most shoots happen in winter, the best season to shoot in India… We end up spending our summers in Denmark and return to India after the monsoon.”
The couple tied the knot in 2024.
Fans can look forward to seeing Taapsee in her upcoming project, Gandhari, a revenge drama directed by Devashish Makhija, set to debut on Netflix. Her most recent film was Khel Khel Mein, alongside notable stars like Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor.
