Sean “Diddy” Combs has sold his luxury private jet as he navigates through various legal issues. This sale comes just months after his convictions on federal charges linked to prostitution in July.
The matte-black Gulfstream G550, a signature element of Combs’ extravagant lifestyle, changed hands in October.
The private aviation company that previously managed charter services confirmed its involvement with the jet has ended as of October, coinciding with the ownership change.
FAA records reveal that the aircraft, previously registered to LoveAir LLC, associated with Combs, bore the tail number N1969C. This has now been updated under a new registration, T7-OKS, located in San Marino.
While the exact sale price remains undisclosed, similar Gulfstream G550s typically range from $15 million to $30 million. Manufactured in 2015, this jet boasts a matte-black finish, a beige interior, and accommodates up to 14 passengers, complete with a pet-friendly design and state-of-the-art entertainment.
In the lead-up to his legal troubles, Combs was frequently seen jet-setting on the aircraft. One notable flight in March 2024 took the jet from California to Antigua, coinciding with federal raids at his residences in Los Angeles and Miami. In July, Combs even posted a video on social media showcasing his boarding of the plane, highlighting the bespoke “Combs Air” placemat and enthusiastically greeting the crew with, “No place like home.”
This jet sale strongly underscores a pivotal shift in Combs’ circumstances amidst his ongoing legal proceedings.
