During a recent phone call, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, engaged with Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Egyptian Expatriates.

The conversation highlighted the strong partnership between Qatar and Egypt, with both leaders expressing a commitment to enhance collaboration.

They addressed pressing regional issues, particularly the ceasefire dynamics between the United States and Iran, as well as ongoing international and regional initiatives aimed at easing tensions and fostering stability in the Middle East.

Sheikh Mohammed emphasized the necessity for all stakeholders to engage positively with mediation efforts, underscoring the importance of resolving the underlying causes of conflict through peaceful dialogue and diplomatic endeavors to ensure a sustainable resolution and avert escalation in the area.
