In a significant announcement, Nakheel, a leading company under Dubai Holding Real Estate, has allocated over AED 3.5 billion for the development of 544 luxurious villas at Palm Jebel Ali. This initiative underscores one of Dubai's most ambitious waterfront projects.

Contracts have been awarded to both Ginco General Contracting L.L.C and United Engineering Construction (UNEC). Ginco will oversee the construction of 354 villas on Fronds A through D, while UNEC is slated to construct 190 villas on Fronds E and F. The onset of construction is scheduled for this quarter, aiming for project completion by the end of Q4 2028.

According to Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, these contract awards signify substantial progression in the Palm Jebel Ali venture. He noted that this development is pivotal for augmenting Dubai's coastline and fostering long-term growth, enhancing the city's allure for residents, investors, and tourists alike.

Ginco's Chairman, Gheyath Mohammad Gheyath, expressed pride in their ongoing partnership with Nakheel, emphasizing a commitment to excellence in project delivery. Meanwhile, UNEC Chairman Eng. Abdul Halim Muwahid acknowledged the collaborative essence of this endeavor, branding Palm Jebel Ali as a significant contributor to building future communities.

The development at Palm Jebel Ali is instrumental to Dubai’s long-term expansion agenda. It aligns with the city's vision of modern, sustainable waterfront living. The villas will showcase a diverse array of ten architectural designs with a focus on panoramic sea views, smart-home capabilities, and environmentally conscious features.

This venture also aligns with the objectives outlined in the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, as well as the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, fortifying Dubai's reputation as a global leader in premium waterfront real estate.
