Hearts2Hearts and Cortis were honored as Best New Artists, and veteran group Super Junior received the Inspiring Achievement award.
Other winners included Fan's Choice of the Year for Enhypen, Favorite Female Group and Favorite Global Performer for IVE, Global Trend Song for IVE's Rebel Heart, Telasa Favorite Global Artist for Enhypen, and the Fans' Choice Award shared among i-dle, aespa, Zerobaseone, Hearts2Hearts, Stray Kids, BabyMonster, Riize, and Enhypen.
The awards ceremony comes just days after a tragic structure fire in Hong Kong that claimed 128 lives, yet the event continued as scheduled, celebrating music and talent on a global stage. Rising stars such as Rose, Enhypen, and IVE were among the evening’s biggest winners.
Attention now turns to Day 2, hosted by actress Kim Hye-soo, which promises show-stopping performances including G-Dragon’s return, Aespa’s futuristic showcase, and Stray Kids’ high-energy set. TXT and Riize are also set to perform, alongside All Day Project, Cortis, Kickflip, Idid, Izna, JO1, and Kyoka.
Major awards like Album of the Year and Artist of the Year will be revealed during the finale, capping off a two-night celebration of Asia’s biggest music talent.
