Quarterfinal Match Highlights
Fernandez defeated Sramkova 7-6 (2), 6-3 on Thursday. The Laval, Que., native served one ace and recorded three double faults, converting four of her nine break-point opportunities.
Sramkova also managed one ace but struggled with seven double faults. She converted two of her three break-point chances.
