During a recent working visit to Osh, Ulan Mamatkanov, Deputy Chairman of the Kyrgyz Cabinet, emphasized the government's ongoing commitment to enhance social welfare, healthcare, and educational services. Coinciding with International Children’s Day, he spoke at an event in T. Satylganov Recreation Park, underscoring the importance of investing in children and youth. The Deputy Chairman continued his observation of educational infrastructure, notably visiting the ongoing construction of Secondary School No. 2 named after S. Zhigitov, which aims to serve 1,200 students. Launched by President Sadyr Japarov, this project is expected to significantly enrich educational accessibility in the area. Officials were reminded to ensure construction quality and timely completion.
Healthcare improvements were another critical focus, particularly during a visit to Osh City Clinical Hospital, where Mamatkanov assessed patient conditions and the progress of a new 300-bed facility. Mamatkanov met a local entrepreneur who secured funding through a social contract program to start a sewing business.
