Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has released updated hours for its healthcare facilities during the Eid Al Adha holiday period in Qatar.
The corporation assured that all emergency departments, ambulance services, and pediatric emergency centers will function 24/7 throughout the holiday to provide continuous emergency care for patients nationwide.
Additionally, HMC's unified contact center (16000) and the customer service hotline (16060) will be accessible 24 hours a day during Eid Al Adha.
Per the announcement, outpatient clinics will be closed from May 26 to May 28, reopening on May 31. Furthermore, urgent consultation and home medication delivery services will be paused during the holiday and will resume on May 31.
The National Mental Health Helpline is set to resume operations on May 30, according to HMC.
Meanwhile, the Qatar National Blood Donation Center will be open on May 26 and May 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., remaining closed from May 27 to May 29.
HMC encourages patients and the public to verify service hours before visiting healthcare facilities during the Eid holiday.
