Post by : Bianca Hayes

The Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) has formed a strategic alliance with J.P. Morgan to amplify the presence of women in the UAE workforce through impactful empowerment and development programmes.

This partnership was formalized in Dubai by DWE CEO Naeema Ahli and Khaled Hobballah, Senior Country Officer for J.P. Morgan in the Middle East and North Africa. Their agreement lays the groundwork for ongoing cooperation focusing on enhancing women's economic prospects and creating clear career paths fostered by real-world training and professional exposure.

As part of the MoU, both entities will collaborate to develop initiatives in key focus areas such as economic empowerment, leadership training, career pathways, and mentorship. These initiatives will consist of workshops, industry-specific seminars, and networking events, providing a platform for women across various sectors to share insights and forge valuable connections.

In this partnership, J.P. Morgan will leverage its global expertise to support training modules and assist in crafting workshops and co-hosted events. The bank will also offer mentorship opportunities for participants engaged in the programme tracks established through this collaboration.

This initiative aligns with DWE’s vision of increasing women’s contributions to the national economy through meaningful partnerships that deliver tangible benefits. It aims to open new doors for capacity building, enabling Emirati women to tap into global best practices while gaining practical guidance pertinent to modern workplace expectations.

With both organizations committed to expanding opportunities for women, this partnership represents a significant advance in strengthening the UAE’s talent ecosystem and supporting sustainable economic growth.
