Under the vision of Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has embarked on a significant initiative to distribute a batch of ready homes to citizens across the UAE.

This housing allocation is part of the Year of the Family 2026 campaign, emphasizing Dubai's commitment to enhancing the living conditions for its residents. In total, 830 modern homes, priced at AED1.6 billion, are being allocated within the projects in Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer.

Efficient and Smart Allocation Process

Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, MBRHE has ensured a transparent and efficient allocation process for beneficiaries. Interested residents can reserve their homes via the DubaiNow app.

Upon eligibility verification, citizens will receive calls from the MBRHE call center to attend on-site allocation centers, which operate:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

According to MBRHE CEO Mohammad Hassan AlShehhi, this sophisticated system guarantees convenience and governance for beneficiaries.
