Dubai, UAE – In a pivotal move towards transforming government talent strategies, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, has officially appointed Amna Hamood Obaid Al Suwaidi as the Chief Executive Officer for the Future Resources Sector at the Dubai Government Human Resources Department.
This appointment is enacted under Executive Council Resolution No. (91) of 2025, effective immediately, and will also be documented in the Official Gazette to formalize her role.
In her new capacity, Amna Al Suwaidi will spearhead the Future Resources Sector, focusing on talent enhancement, workforce strategy, and innovative HR practices across Dubai's governmental bodies. This role highlights the city's commitment to cultivating a future-ready workforce that aligns with Dubai's ambitious vision for smart governance and growth powered by innovation.
