Gallega Unveils Extensive 3PL Hub at Jafza in Dubai

Gallega Global Logistics has officially launched a new 215,000 sq. ft. multi-user third-party logistics (3PL) hub at Jebel Ali Free Zone, aimed at bolstering logistics and supply chain operations in the UAE and GCC.

This facility is strategically designed to enhance regional distribution capabilities, enabling faster and more dependable delivery services for businesses operating both locally and internationally.

The advanced hub features expansive multi-user warehousing facilities equipped with integrated management systems, adaptable storage options, and tech-enabled logistics services. It is projected to generate over 200 jobs, offering companies improved access to the regional and global markets through Jafza’s multimodal trade network.

The inauguration was graced by Ghassan Aboud, Abdulla Al Hashmi, and various senior executives along with industry leaders from the automotive, logistics, and banking sectors.

Ghassan Aboud, Chairman of Ghassan Aboud Holding, highlighted that this new logistics hub signifies a crucial milestone in the partnership with DP World, demonstrating the group’s enduring commitment to enhancing regional supply chains via advanced infrastructure and technology-driven operations.

Abdulla Al Hashmi, Global COO of Parks & Economic Zones at DP World, emphasized that this investment arrives at a crucial time when global supply chains confront escalating geopolitical challenges. He stressed the need for businesses to adopt greater flexibility, faster reaction times, and reliable market access to ensure seamless trade operations.

The facility is a central aspect of a strategic partnership between Ghassan Aboud Holding and DP World GCC, aimed at delivering flexible, technology-enhanced logistics solutions to meet the growing demand for integrated supply chain services in the region.

Sara Rachid further conveyed that this new center signifies a substantial advancement in expanding Gallega’s logistics footprint within the UAE and international markets. The free zone-based multi-user facility will enable the company to offer swifter, more efficient, and flexible logistics services across various markets.

Expected outcomes from the new logistics hub include improved delivery speed, enhanced service quality, and fortified supply chain resilience for both regional and international business operations.
